I hope nobody is still falling for these scams. With current technology there should be a way to beat these crooks at their own game. I would love to see that.
I received another recorded call from Carmen today with an offer to lower my credit card rate. Yesterday I pressed 3 to be removed from their list, but yet they still call. Today I pressed 1 to speak to a live person, I told her I was tired of their calls and that I have told them over and over again that I don't have any credit cards. I asked her to remove my number
from their list and that I would appreciate it if they didn't call me anymore.
robocall from 908-583-1796 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Monday 10-27-14 @ 418 PM
message from card member services wanting to lower my interest .....press 1 to talk to rep or 9 to be removed.
pressed 1 and a female answered phone and said she was xxxx and agent 216 and if I wanted to lower my interest.
I told her "Hi you mxxxxx fxxxxxx SCAMMER" and I immediately started the "SCAMMER AIR HORN" at full blast.
Paused the AIR HORN after 30 seconds and I discovered the female SCAMMER was talking badly to the
"SCAMMER AIR HORN," so just put it on continuous play mode.
She was gone after she tried to berate the horn for like 3 minutes.
The idiot finally realized she was not getting anywhere so she hung up.
