When we hunt them down and kill them.  Unfortunately, that's what it would take, because no government agency is going to help.

Step 1.  Buy gun.
Step 2.  Locate caller.
Step 3.  Use gun.
Step 4.  Repeat steps 1 through 3 for all remaining scammers.
Step 5.  Die of old age with millions of scammers remaining.

Credit card Scam!

I know it is a scam but I get tired of the phone calls when I have to stop what I am doing and it is these people trying to get my bank card numberI am going to find out how to block this number

Phone says SURVEY & the number. It is a recorded call saying, "Urgent call from Credit Card Services." Very very annoying.
