I just got the same message from this number & they knew my name i called my cell phone carrier & had them block the number because the message said they were my cell phone carrier & when i called them they said they didnt call
Got the call and answered it. Called back and autobill card had expired. they just wanted new expiration date, so my call was legit. (checked verizon online and they were right.) Problem is that scammers do use the real numbers of debt collectors/customer service to dupe other people.
If you get a call, and have Verizon service, logon to verizonwireless.com and see what comes up.
I got this call too and didnt answer it. I called it back and it is verizonwireless. If you stay on the line it will tell you how it is calling for and then tell you that you have a private message. WHATEVER!!! I hung up. hahhaa
