Call blocker might be of some help. Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd. Or where there is no caller ID.
received the call and when I called back , they accidentally connected me to another caller whom they had on the line at the same time. We talked and came to the conclusion that it was a trick.
I just got a call from this number and said it was about bad checks and I'd I didn't respond back my rights will be waived . 919-229-4576 is the number. Wake forest NC. Anyone else got this??
Received similar call as to others above. Saying something about bad checks, failure to act and that I will be prosecuted, blah, blah, blah. Says to call back 877-228-0244 and then Docket # (xxx) but the docket number part of the recording is totally blank.
Is a Scam! Do not call back.
