Who called from 9363674096

These idiots call every now and then.  I wasn't home and their number was on caller ID.  I called them but only got a message to be added to their do not call list to press 1(?).  I am sure that will work.

Received a call from  +93-63-674-096, listed as from Afghanistan.  I didn't take the call; and no message was left.

DO YOU HAVE ANY LEADS???

don't know where they get the listings for cell #'s but I know I am getting tons of spam calls on my cell. My cell is through tracfone.
