rude caller, telling me I had half a brain, and needed to learn courtesy after I said "I beg your pardon". Now is calling back over and over for a name that is not, has not, and will not live at this address and phone number
The question is, what agency can we report these people to? Other than Consumer Financial Protection Agency, I can only think of the FBI or legislators. Does anyone have any contact information that would put an end to this. They are rude and nasty. They harass people about credit cards and other forms of credit that have already been paid off. In some cases years ago. I paid out what turned out to be one of those trick credit cards over a decade ago yet; every few years they find a way to make contact. Their behavior is just as you all have posted and by leaving messaging such as someone has filed charges against the person in federal court, or an individual has filed charges because I committed some type of criminal act against another person. In one call they hinted I was in danger of losing my home. I was told years ago by Consumer Credit Bureau that if they manage to reach you and speak with you they can then re-open the closed issue. How low can you go!! There has to be a law against this! ANYONE HAVE ANY CONTACT INFORMATION OR IDEAS?!!
