Not the same person that has been posting, but I AM ANNOYED. Bayview is my new mortgage company, after Bank of America sold off $12 BILLION---that's billion with a B---in what they referred to as non-performing loans. My dealings so far with Bayview have been fair and honest. Until this morning when two calls came in from this phone number. There is no reason why my Account Rep or even Customer Service would call me from this phone number, but they are going to be informed about potential harassment from this number.
Frank Morales is great to work with he is the real deal no [***]! After a year of dealing with rude and un professional people at Bayview I got a 180 degree turn around with Frank Morales!!
It seems the mortgage was sold like, 3 times eventually to M&T, and we are now selling the house, They called us AND the Realtor wanting a copy of the contract to do a short sale. Since we paid the mortgage this month and have a bit of equity, even if we have to discount the price, we are no where near conditions for a real bank to want to short sale.
