Bayview is my new mortgage company, after Bank of America sold off $12 BILLION---that's billion with a B---in what they referred to as non-performing loans. My dealings so far with Bayview have been fair and honest. Until this morning when two calls came in from this phone number. There is no reason why my Account Rep or even Customer Service would call me from this phone number, but they are going to be informed about potential harassment from this number.

I have been receiving call from this number apparently about a loanl. I have never done business with anyone at this number and am supposed to be on the no call list they keep useing my air time moments for their mistakes so I am tired of it.

My mortgage is also with Bayview Loan Servicing. This mortgage company gave me the best interest rate on my loan since I had the home that I'm in. However, they have the worst customer service department that I ever dealt with. They will call me at least 5 times a week from different numbers and never leave a message. So guess what?? I will not return the call until they tell me what they want.
