Not the same person that has been posting, but I AM ANNOYED. Bayview is my new mortgage company, after Bank of America sold off $12 BILLION---that's billion with a B---in what they referred to as non-performing loans. My dealings so far with Bayview have been fair and honest. Until this morning when two calls came in from this phone number. There is no reason why my Account Rep or even Customer Service would call me from this phone number, but they are going to be informed about potential harassment from this number.
First let me say Bayview is a Loan servicer! Your Bank turns your mortgage over to Bayview for one reason only and that is to collect a supposed debt! They will call you from 8:00am to 9:00 pm. They send FedEx with correspondance and send someone to visually inspect your home and take pictures just to harass you!
I know people in litigation that are still being harassed even though Bayview was notified there is an Attorney and all correspondence was to be sent to them and to cease and desist any and all contact with the Borrower.
They are unethical and will do almost anything to make you pay a debt whether its authentic or not.
Please be careful and feel free to report incidents to your Attorney or to the Police! Good Luck!
