Who called from 9712089939

I keep getting calls from this number. I let it go to voice mail-they leave no message.
Well I decided to call it back after reading posts and now it says that the number is
temporarily unavaialbe--I called it back within 2 minutes of them calling me--GO FIGURE!!

Scammers, criminals, crooks. DO SOMETHING!

Did not pick up the phone and when answering machine picked up, they hung up
