Don't you understand the FTC does not have the wo/manpower to go after every abusive telemarketer and scammer? And the Republicans are demanding an even smaller government that will invariably translate into fewer prosecutions.

Time to put an outright ban on telemarketers. They only exist because people talk to them.
No one stays in business if they're not making any money.
