Me too Sandy! I laughed when I heard it was about the American political environment. Then the robo call said that I would get a free cruise for answering just a few questions. Complete SCAM. They don't even care that they are calling a "foreign" country.
Got another call from IND SUR GROUP, one of several. This call was from 971-208-9939. According to this blog:

This phone number is among a block of numbers allocated to Pacific Telecom Communications Group. From the blog:
"...Pacific Telecom does not operate as a typical telephone company. Based on discussions with Pacific Telecom, my understanding is that their network is solely used as a conduit for unsolicited telemarketing calls... "
You can view the actual blocks of phone numbers allocated to Pacific Telecom by visiting the blog I mentioned above.
I would be nice to have software would could block all the sets of phone numbers mentioned in the blog.
Just gotta call from these basterds, again. I call back after not answering and a recording comes on stating that the number is not in service. What kinda mindfvck bullsh1t is that???
Lili, it's probably a survey company with a teenager being paid minimum wage to ask you questions. I know, because I did it when I was a kid. Nice thing about it, once you do a survey with that company, they don't call back for a few years :D
