This [***] Sean or Shawn calls almost daily, early mornings and at 9:00 at night. I'm fed up. I've tried hanging up on him; tried swearing at him; and tried not answering when his # shows up in my caller ID. My wireless carrier says they can't block the call. Why the F not?!?
Keep getting calls several times a day from this number. Won't stop calling, even though my phone number is on the DNC list and I don't own a home. They say they're from "Home Protection" which obviously is a generic title and not a real business anyway. I've said to stop calling and they still do. I now just hang up on them and they never leave a message, but their calls are getting to be only a few hours apart. So sick of it. What more can I do to get them to stop??! I can't block calls on my phone. There's gotta be something legally we can do to make them stop calling after we've requested they don't. The person who calls says his name is Sean/Shawn. Wish I could file a complaint against him/them, but they don't have a website or anything (of course). And yes, the Do Not Call list is a joke.
They've been calling me for over a month even though I haven't answered after the first time (and said don't ever call again). Many times every day, all throughout the day, morning and afternoon, and even when I'm sleeping. This should be a punishable crime.
Called on 3/28 @7:04PM using the 971-220-1019 number. Said the name was Sean calling for "Home Security Group". Told him I'm not interested and to take me off their list. Got a call from this number 971-220-1003 today at 12:58PM but did not pick up. Glad they took me off their list. I think we should start a class action suit against the DNC list since they are not doing their job and we are paying for the service through our taxes. Maybe that would get someone's attention. The reports about these calls originating from overseas and they can't trace them is getting old.
