Spam, probable phishing scam. Steer clear!

Robocall.  Lower your interest offer.

This was another in a seemingly endless series of recorded messages offering to "lower your interest rate".

I assume that my local phone company, CenturyLink or their predecssor Qwest, is selling my number to these telemarketers.

After all, Qwest's former CEO, Joseph Nacchio is in prison.

These people keep calling saying they can lower my interest rate.  When I spoke to an operator and told him to stop calling, he hung up on me.

I get repeated calls from 917-217-9515 asking about my credit card. It is annoying and I want them to stop!
