Who called from 9713730141

Called this morning - recording started with the credit card "no problem" at which time I hung up and added the number specifically to call screening to block (only have 12 numbers I can block)

Recieved the call from 971-373-0141.  Caller ID says DummyCourses, but message says Account Services today.  Keep receiving these every few months.  The recorded message states to press one to lower your interest rates, and press two to remove your number.  The option to remove your number does not work.  Would love to take them to court since they refuse to remove my number after repeated attempts.

Here is a callback number the "rep" left me in case i wanted to call back.  Everyone must SPAM these idiots!!

I happened to be working from home today & that # came up - didn't pick up - no message left.  I am on the "Do Not Call" list but that doesn't work in all cases for sure.

both my home and cell are on do-not call lists.  I still get the calls all the time. have asked to be taken off, didn't work.
