Called and said wanted to lower cc rate to lower than 6.99% press 1 to talk to rep press 2 to be removed from the list pressed 2 and person answered phone then hung up.

I answered.  recorded pitch to lower interest rates.  press 1 to talk.  pressed 1.  

the guy who answered didn't sound like a friggin foreigner.  he sounded like a friggin retard.  I mocked his moronic voice, said "hello" and he hung up.

Future calls will be forwarded to Obama 2012 campaign at 1-312-698-3670.  I'm sure they can handle this problem.

Called again on December 13, 2011 @ 11:15 AM ET & said company name was "Card Holder Services" but Caller ID said name was "Dummy Courses".

Received this call several times ... when asked to be taken off their list, they hang up.
Nuisance!

Caller ID read DummyCourses.....but it was just another robo call from Rachel with Credit Card Services...i hung up.
