I have had the same problem as most posts here. I am registered as well with the National Do Not Call list, but these calls would not bother me as much if these people weren't instructed to be rude and or hang up immediately when questioned. So with that being said , it seems with a little investigation many of these 971 area code numbers are from Portland, Oregon and the county is Multnomah. I have also found out these numbers are supplied from a company called Pacific Telecom they have a few offices across the US , but low and behold they have one at
1001 SE Water Ave. Ste 180
Portland, OR 97214
phone: 503.232.5213
I say give em a call and see if they would like a credit card interest rate reduction.
Ahhh hell here is all of the Pacific Telecom contact info I could find for now, but please don't drive there and kill them. Though if it was legal to drive there and kill them I think that would slow down the amount of calls we would receive, but its not legal (YET)... I do suggest using ones own creativity and ingenuity to give back what has been gotten from these LOW LIFE SCUM BAG COMPANIES...
Have a nice day

robot caller offering debt reduction-hand up as soon as you hear teh voice=-this is a scammer -they wil steal your information- no matter what you do, they seem to keep on calling
I gets calls from them all the time, at least twice per day.
I do not answer. Except one time when I did, they started asking for my information, I gave them, asked them for their's, they gave none.
It is my policy to never ever give information to someone who calls ME. And to never buy from someone who calls ME.
If their company, whoever it is calling on any call, was strong and reputable, they would have no need for robocally. And those monitoring the calls make little money for a crap job. Most are offshore or working remotely from home, and paid very little for such a crap job.
