I got laid off and I called capital one auto to let them know as soon as I get my first unemp check. They call me 6 times a day. I talk to rep today and said why are you calling me there are notes I will pay Sept. 13 and I have spoken with 5 reps about this. The reps that call are not nice and you can't understand them. I had them for several years now and I would never go with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
The guy called and said he is calling regarding my credit card with Capital One. I did not have time to talk, I said that I will call myself to the number on the back of my card when I have time. When I called back Capital One said this number does not belong to them. Beware!
This person keeps calling and calling, and calling. I have no idea who it is, and I will not answer it, in fact, I am going to block this call. This is so wrong because they do not leave a message, or call at a proper hour of business.
I have received multiple daily calls from this number for about a week now. I see the area code is from Texas. One day my cell logged 17 incoming calls from this number. No one ever says anything should I forget and pick up. I have a feeling that some kid found a lost cell or something and is using up the minutes by crank calling people...comments left here are within that type of timeframe. Just ignore this bored person/caller.
