I got laid off and I called capital one auto to let them know as soon as I get my first unemp check. They call me 6 times a day. I talk to rep today and said why are you calling me there are notes I will pay Sept. 13 and I have spoken with 5 reps about this. The reps that call are not nice and you can't understand them. I had them for several years now and I would never go with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I have been receiving calls from this number for over 3 weeks. I am so sick and tired. They never leave a message and the phone rings from 8 am to 9 pm 7 days a week. I tried calling the number, but got no were as they wanted an account number or ss#. I do not have an account with this company or anyone affiliated with them. I do not give out my ss# over the phone to anyone.. THEY HAVE LOST THEIR MINDS
They call all the time. All hours and most of the time there is no one on the line or they will say please hold....
I am sick of them calling so much. They are Capital One. My husband has a card with them with a low limit and he's not behind. I told him with what the interest is and all this stupid calling we should pay it off and tell them when we cancel it they are the worst SOB's we have ever known. Have the time he doesn't even use it and we are not paying it down. They are a big monkey on our backs.
