I got laid off and I called capital one auto to let them know as soon as I get my first unemp check. They call me 6 times a day. I talk to rep today and said why are you calling me there are notes I will pay Sept. 13 and I have spoken with 5 reps about this. The reps that call are not nice and you can't understand them. I had them for several years now and I would never go with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
This number called 8 times this morning, and its just now 1pm! I answered and the lady said, "joanne, right?" I confirmed then she said "and your last name is ###**!, right?" (And she did have my last name) instead of confirming I asked, "what company are you with?" And she replied "I can tell you that if you verify your last name" and I promptly hung up. She's calling again now! How annoying, it's SUNDAY!
I keep gettin a call at odd hours of the day, and multi times a day like every 30 to 60 mins. I dont pick it up b.c I do not know the number. they never leave a message.
4 calls so far since 8 this morning, had a message but it was the voice of someone who didn't know they were being recorded so I couldn't make out why, what, or to whom this call was intended, 3 calls since then, no more messages and I refuse to answer the phone if I don't know the number. After all ingnorance is bliss and they are annoying.
Called me 270 times in one month. It's a computer that makes the calls. This thing will blow your phone up. If anybody know of a remedy besides blocking, please post it. I would love to figure out a way to make this thing back fire on itself.
