I got laid off and I called capital one auto to let them know as soon as I get my first unemp check. They call me 6 times a day. I talk to rep today and said why are you calling me there are notes I will pay Sept. 13 and I have spoken with 5 reps about this. The reps that call are not nice and you can't understand them. I had them for several years now and I would never go with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
These people have been calling at least 15 times a day for a week now. They ask for my mom. My mom has an account with Capital One and her payment is late. She use to live here but now she don't. I tell them that she does not live here and not to call again. They told me that she has to contact them and give them another number to reach her at and then they will take my number off there list. I don't think it's right for them to harrass me. I tell them everytime they call that she does not live here. They call between 8:00am and 8:30pm. It's really annoying because they wake me up every morning. Is there anything I can do to make these calls stop?
they started calling today. im the daughter and i answered the phone(which they had already called like 4 times already by 12 oclock)he asked if my mom was home and i said no whos calling and he said joshua and hung up... it's so weird. im going to answer next time(we already know he's going to call again)and give him some crap. FUN. i really don't think it is capitol one though.
too bad someone actually believed that it was a real capital one place in plano. WRONG. the numbers for capital ones in plano are (469) 241-7413 and (469)241-7415..
I have been getting calls almost daily for 2-3 weeks...even one at 9pm on Saturday night. I don't have any credit card accounts so I can't figure out who they are. I am just ignoring the calls now...and hopefully they will move on to someone else!!! Yikes!
