I got laid off and I called capital one auto to let them know as soon as I get my first unemp check. They call me 6 times a day. I talk to rep today and said why are you calling me there are notes I will pay Sept. 13 and I have spoken with 5 reps about this. The reps that call are not nice and you can't understand them. I had them for several years now and I would never go with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
This is Capital One Auto Finance. If you are behind in your car payments, they will call every day, as often as every 15 minutes from around 8 am to around 9 pm. I never answer my phone if I don't recognize the number, but the reverse lookup says Plano, TX.
They are calling me too, but my first payment isnt due yet!
I do have an auto loan, but its not due until May!
These guys are just scam artists

I started getting this call from this number as well, 15 times in one day and after not answering, they began calling my cell number too calling as lat as 9:00pm and as early as 8:00am...obviously I had to have know who this was since they had both my contact numbers..... I realized after looking at your forum that is belongs to CapitalOne Auto Loan Dept.... I have an Auto Loan with Capital One and my bill is past due by 4 days..... I guess the want their money NOW!
I started receiving calls from this number a few days ago. They call at all times of the day, never leave messages. Just yesterday I received 8 calls and so far today about 4-5 calls (and its only 3pm). I don't answer calls that I don't know who it is. If its important, they should leave a message.
