You can not be served by E mail, fax, phone, or even smoke signals. It must either be presented in person by a someone authorized by the court to deliver it, or it will be sent by US mail, certified, return receipt, and you will be asked to present ID to the US Postal employee who will be in full uniform since the mail will also be restricted such that only you will be allowed to sign for it.

I keep getting calls from this number a couple months before I got calls from a different # but they were also from kevin harper.. when I asked for confirmation in writing they refused until I made a payment. so my husband said to take me to court and they said I would be served in 7 to 14 days and nothing. now they phone calls have started again and I told them to stop calling I don't know what else to do if they don't stop calling?? the messed up part is they aren't calling my # they are calling my in laws and leaving harassing messages for me. I told kevin harper I am reporting him to my states attorney general and to the fdcpa, but I don't think they care... anyone have any suggestions on what else I can do??
