Call blocker is your best bet. Also don't pick up on call numbers you do not recognize. It's difficult to take these people to court because you never know who they are or where they are located and what sort of business entity (if any) you are dealing with.
If enough people file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Financial Bureau they will act on it and close them down. You can do so by phone at the number I left on my other post or on line at:

The more who file with the CPFB the worse it will be for Kevin Harper, Sara Walker and anyone else engaging in their slimy fear tactics.
I keep getting these calls looking for "Fabian Gonzalez". I ignore them because it's not me and I don't know anyone with that name. Today I get a call telling me "I have been officially served"....Again, I am ignoring the call because I don't know Fabian and I AM NOT FABIAN!!!! I am tired of getting calls for this person. About a year ago I called and told them to stop calling my home!!!!! STOP THEM!!!!
My in-laws received the call looking for me scared the heck out of them and upset my husband. my advise if anyone calls hang up do not give them the time of day!!!!!!! Also they can not let anyone know anything if it is a legal claim. If a guy by the name of Kevin Harper starts talking- hang up!!
