This is a scam!!!!!! They have tried twice already to fool me with their FRAUD! They are the real criminals here. Harassment is what they are doing. I advised them stop calling leaving messages and I am reporting them the" criminal" that answered responded with" good luck with that "and hung up. Every case # has 2014???? That's currently the year we are in . These are just fool's don't fall for it.

Gave a case number and told me to call the 972 number to speak to the Plaintiff in the case -- Breach of Contract and Intent to Defraud a financial institution. "You have been served."
Smelled fishy and I'm glad I did a 'net search and found this forum. I will report these bozos. And I am ready to lose my landline .
Just got call from 760-314-6294!! I didn't even listen the the whole message but I also got a call last night from 832-742-7937 from a Kevin.. I read all these comments and figured it was all a scam.. Anyone getting class from this 760 number???
I have had numerous emails from these jerks stating fraud. And since when does a debt collector decide you are going to be prosicuted for anything let alone through an email and the continue calling family members of mine leaving messages. This is some messed up jerks. And Im not stupid and these jerks need to stop. Its gone beyond harrassment and totaly out of line.
