Just got a call today also. Caller ID said "Castor C." Allowed answering machine to take the call. They hung up without leaving a message. This was around 6:15 p.m. EST.
Also received a call here in TN at 11/43 pm last night. I answered and they hung up. Same as the rest of you.. I guess they were on a roll calling last night.
