Collection call violating federal laws. The collection is on a grown (over 40) step child. Told me they would not take my phone number off their records.
These guys are frauds. They have court papers online proving it look up Cynthia Brock. Bowen is her Mom who created the company they scam their clients big time frauds. Dont pay them [***]. They lie and state they are attorneys and threaten ur life
Someone from this number called our operator asking for the owner of our company, the operator informed them that the owner was in a meeting and offered to send them to voicemail. The caller refused voicemail and instead said "tell him that Ken Morgan is holding". Our office staff, not recognizing the name Ken Morgan, didn't know if the call was important or not, so we informed the boss. The call turned out to be completely unimportant, and "Ken Morgan" was promptly hung up on for disturbing a meeting.
If he calls back, he will NOT be transferred to the boss, and will probably be dealt with accordingly by the best of the office staff.
This # kept calling and didn't leave a message. I googled it and thanks to your posts I was ready for the next call. Michael asked for me by name & started with his blah blah speech. Told him I wasn't interested because we don't have a problem collecting payments and didn't need his services. He Interrupted me and asked to speak to the owner. I told him I was and for him to take this # off his calling list. He responded back he doesn't use one. I said apparently you got this # from somewhere & I hung up on him.
They just called here twice and both times when I answered, the phone clicked. So I will not be answering when they call again. We are a business, don't owe any debt and have no debt owed to us...so we are in no need of their 'so called' services.
