Collection call violating federal laws. The collection is on a grown (over 40) step child. Told me they would not take my phone number off their records.
Different guy same ammo from Bowen & Associates called to talk to the business owner. They want to be the debt collector of our customers. NOT GONNA HAPPEN! We don't have this problem and I KNOW the owner did NOT call them. They were rude, loud, and unprofessional.
Received a call from Eddie at Bowen and Associates on my business line, he left a number of 1-800-527-5730 ext 226. Said to return his call....which I did since he did NOT bother to indicate what his call was regarding. Have returned his call.more than a couple if times. We do not run any debt of any kind. There is no doubt that this is a scam.
Eddie called and spoke with the owner who promptly hung up on him. He called back talking aggressively about "why she hung up on him". VERY RUDE! VERY AGGRESSIVE!
After receiving many many phone calls from the company, which is located thousands of miles away from me, I finally spoke to a Bob Hogin and he was incredibly rude. They attempted to triple the amount of money that I owed(yes, I admit there was a bill I had forgotten about.) I have never been spoken to like that in my life. The next day I reached out to the company I owed. They apologized and said they were hiring a new company due to numerous complaints about Bowen and Associates. Terrible company/"customer service"! I wouldn't wish dealing with these people, especially Bob Hogin on my worst enemy.
