Asked for the owner by name. I told her "No, what do you need?" She said she needed the owner. I told her he was married, what do you really want? She said it was important to talk to him, so I told her to call him at home this is a business.
Called in asking for Owner, would not answer my questions about what it was regarding. Would only say, "Blandon with Tucker, thank you."
Waste of time!!
Caller was David, asking who the owner or president of the company was. When I asked what the call was in regards to, he said he was supposed to speak to someone (said my bosses name) at 3:30 cst. and he asked me what time it was. When I asked again what the name of the company was, he said Kurkland (spelling off) company and it was a legal matter and if I just told my boss he was calling, she would speak with him. Um... Yeah buddy, NOT getting through. not very rude like some of the Indian call centers that call but still. the guys voice sounds like someone that also calls repeatedly for office supplies....
Some female called wanting to talk to the owner of the company, very rudely i might add, and with about 6 tries of asking what it was about she said she had a 1:15 with the owner and i said i was looking at his schedule and did not see it. she said it was a private legal matter and tell the owner she was on the phone and he would he would know what it was about.I asked several more times and she finally said she was with the trinity company, I put her on hold and googled the number which led me to this site. Went to get the phone and they hung up. WOW takes all kinds i guess, they could probable use a career change i think.
