Asked for the owner by name. I told her "No, what do you need?" She said she needed the owner. I told her he was married, what do you really want? She said it was important to talk to him, so I told her to call him at home this is a business.
This guy did this to us last year and stopped for
a while but now he's called 3 times this week. How can we stop him? Him and so many others are taking time away from our work. The alternative to not answering the phone is to have to listen to it ringing while we may be on another phone with an actual customer. It's total harassment. How can we get rid of him?
Yes. You explained it in exact detail. This is exactly how he does it with our company too. Isn't there some agency that can stop these kind of calls? And yes,we tell him we don't have anyone that owes this company money, but I guess he wants to collect it anyway.grrrr......
Rude jerk called to say he was coming over to collect his money at 4:30. WHAT????? We don't owe anyone anything. The only thing that was troublesome was he had a first name to work with and we don't know where he got it
Rude young punk demanded to speak to (boss's name). I politely asked him to hold. Then I spoke, saying I was (boss's name).
The whole time he was laughing and talking to some other young sounding guys about where they are going, etc. He never responded when I asked him what he needed. Then he hung up. Phhhttt....
Different jerks call from this number. Never want to reveal where they are from. Very rude! Claim to only be able to talk tithe owner. They're threatening and aggressive.
