got a call at 6:17 pm from this woman that sounded half awake or on drugs and said she was calling for my step father about windows his windows computer...no joke just like that.smh..this woman then says it has a virus.i told her i work with computers and i would know if anything was wrong and told her i would report her and hung up.these kind of calls are getting horrible in the us and need to be stopped!!

What ever y'all do, don't answer this [***] call or anyone claiming to be with windows technical support, We at Microsoft would not contact you unless you have requested for us to call and we will state that "This is 'NAME' with Microsoft technical support I am calling you over a request that you placed to have Microsoft technical support call you in regards of a problem with a Microsoft product you own. How may I assist you today?"
Called office line this afternoon. They hung up before the voicemail picked up. Blocked...however I kind of want to try Janey's method of dealing with them...
