The message on my answering machine said they were calling from US Mint. They wanted to talk to me, by name, and gave a correct order number. The call back number they gave was a correct 800 number for USM, so I called it. They wanted to verify my shipping address and confirm shipment date. So, this call was legit.
Ordered at Homedepot.com. They cancelled my order since they are not sure its in stock. Asked the live chat..... "I work for Home Depot" each tim I asked. But I asked if she callled a minute ago and she said yes.

Added "unknown" since there is not a Customer service call option
Received call from this number regarding recent order placed with a beauty products company. There is no reason for anyone to be calling me about this order; the company communicates by e-mail to confirm orders, cancellations, etc.
If they WERE to call me, they have an 800 number and I am sure they would use that!
In any event, this girl didn't bother claiming to be a representative of theirs, just said it was about the order placed. And left no call-back number. I will be watching my card activity very closely for the next several days. I find this behavior very suspicious.

Appears to be a call center used by various websites/companies for their customer support. Received a call from it about an issue about an order I recently placed at Pandora.
