I just received a call from this number. They also said I filled out a ballot and they also had my name and number. The person talking sounds like they are from India. They said I won a trip 8day/7nights including airfare. I asked what I had to pay for it and they said just the government taxes. Once you answer questions like are you between the age of 30 to 60 years old and do you make over $50,000.00 they pass you on to a manager. He now wants to set a time for you to pick up your package the same day but that you will sit in for 90 minute talk all about the company giving you the trip. I said I work out Tues, Wed & Thurs I can not make it until Friday. He said okay I'll call you back Friday talk to you then and hung up on me. So it seems like a scam to get you to look into some kind of product. Hope this helps.
Received a call on my cell phone and did not recognized the number so I let it go to voice mail. No voice mail was left and decided to look it up on line. Once I noticed that it was some kind of scam I programmed my cell phone to automatically reject any number coming from "972" area code. Also made a report to the "Do Not Call List" about the incident.
Called at 12:30.....I asked who they were trying to reach and they said they didn't have a name....When I told him it is illegal to make a cold call without a name and asked for his and company he got defensive ...He then said he was trying to reach Daniel and then said he had then wrong number......Go on the offensive with these jerks and maybe they will go away as out government and FCC will do nothing
Just received a call from this number. Didn't answer; just blocked it. I haven't filled out any forms with my telephone number so it might just be blind dialing.
