received call from this number, man's voice then call appeared to be dropped, googled this number and read posts. Have now put block on my phone. A few days ago on my home answering machine a woman claiming we had discussed lowering my interest rates. Did not call or discuss refinancing with anyone as I have not debt. I'm positive this is a scam.
The same thing just happened to me. A bit of a male voice and then the call dropped. When I called back, the number was disconnected. The only reason I answered in the first place was because I have relatives in Michigan and the caller ID said Michigan.
The same thing just happened to me as well. A male voice said "hello" and then the call dropped. I decided not to call back, since I can't think of anyone I would know in Michigan, and the call seemed to me to be most likely a telemarketing call or something similar.
