Same thing here. Got a call from that number. I heard a man's voice, then the call dropped. The strange thing is he called both cell phones under my service. I've got AT&T.
I got a similar call in my Verizon phone. Answered and got a mans voice saying hello, then lost then call. My reception is good, so I have to think they hung up. Based on other messages here, sounds like someone is trying to run a scam. Maybe they are looking for certain types of people to answer.
