Who called from 9896864601

A man called me to and he faded out like losing service. Where are these calls coming from all of a sudden?

I got a phone call from this number around 10 this morning, the ID it was from Michigan. The call itself was strange; I answered said hello, a man's voice said hello back and then nothing for about 10 seconds before the call ended.

I received a call from 989-686-4601, didn't answer, female left a message saying she was Carrie Green calling back in response to our conversation (never had one) in regards to a lower interest rate on my credit cards & left a call back # 877-723-1429.

Not sure how they got my cell phone number, but this is a telemarketer.

Didn't answer the call; message on voicemail was from "Terri" - verbatim what was reported earlier.

I wonder if there is a correlation to 857.453.3836?  (http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-857-453-3836)
