Definitely a scam. I just got this one, too. Didn't answer but they left a voicemail message. Female voice saying that we spoke last week and she had a better interest rate for my loan.... Really, who falls for this? I mean, surely people know that they didn't talk with anyone last week, don't they? It was all a lie, and I resent that it costs me to even listen to the voicemail.
I got a call from this number and answered it. A guy said hello, and then nothing else. So I hung up and tried to call back. I got a disconnected message from the number.
I literally just got the exact same message on my phone thanks for the heads up, you had it word for word! I have no credit cards with a balance, total scam!
Said that she had called previously and spoke with me about reducing credit card interest rates... I have no credit cards and had no such conversation.
