"Internal Revenue ServiceS"--note the s they use in their robo-scam call. The IRS doesn't play this game, so just delete the message and their supposed threat. Ooooooo, I'm terrified.

Received a call at 10:15 am from phone (325 555-0120) which is in Abilene, TX, stating "a notice on your name, as it is a time sensitive issue. Get in touch with the IRS hotline, he sternly says "do not disregard this message". He gives a number to contact (206 201-2400) which is in Seattle, WA. They don't know who they are calling! I guess they got someone with a good English accent to do the recording for them.
This is all a scam don't answer either number. If we call the IRS maybe they can do something about this AHs.
On my answering machine. Caller identify's himself as from the IRS with an legal issue on my name. with time limited issue. Do not disregard this issue.
Same crap...bad quality recording "time sensitive message" " legal issue on your name". "Do not disregard this message" all which scared the bejesus out of my husband. Definitely a scam. IRS would not call. They would send a certified letter.
Received a phone call stating all the same. But I also received a letter three days ago from the IRS stating our personal info had been breached. Then today a $9036.61 refund on a very official looking US treasury check. All is a scam!!
