I a girl named Kelly called and set up an interview. She asked me to bring a hard copy of my resume. I went and while I was there she was still calling people to come in for interviews. She sounded very scripted!! Total scam. Did not go to sceond interview!!! There were to many questions and no answers!!
This site just reiterated what I already knew. I recently applied for admin. positions online and I just received a call from Ian who asked me to come in for an interview tomorrow at 1:30 in the afternoon for an office management position. He made sure to point out I should dress professional and bring a hard copy of my resume. Uhhh...no crap. RED FLAG! I never applied for an office management position so I asked for the name of the company and he said AMERICAN WHOLESALE FRAGRANCE COMPANY. No thanks… has SCAM written all over it. I wonder how these people sleep at night.

I was called for an interview for the Office Manager position from a girl named Elizabeth, and she called from 314-657-0980 and stated the interview location was 8213 Gravois. She like many others asked that I bring a hard copy of my resume to the interview (duh), and dress business professional (another duh). She was rattling off directions and instructions as if she was reading from a script as well. I went ahead and kept the time slot for the interview, as if it really mattters anyway. Maybe it will keep one less victim away for an hour. These creeps that prey upon people that are either unemployed or just trying to improve themselvesd with better jobs ought to be held accountable for their actions legally. They might as well start calling people and telling them that their relatives are dead or something just as heartless as giving someone hope while they are scamming you. I'm just sayin'
Yes they did me the same way! A girl name Jamie called with that high pitched voice with excitment all in it!! They said the name of there company was American Advantage and they sell fragrances for different distributing companies such as Sams, Anheuser Busch and varies of other big companies... The punch line that caught my attention was the office location and setting! They claim to be there temporary because their building was under construction. That was a joke considering that they had family pictures and different things all around the office that you wouldnt have somewhere that was considered to be temporary! And to put icing on the cake she said I will be in paid training for 3 months while my office is collecting dust until Im done!! How could people like that do people like this at a time when the job market is so dry and people are so desperate for a job!! Oh! I forgot she said my pay would be over 35,000 and better yearly. She wanted me to come in for a second interview and to bring pin and paper and be prepared to stay 2 hours or more. She said she turned down so many other people that she interviewed for me to get the position so make sure that I come!!! YEAH RIGHT!!! WATCH OUT PEOPLE FOR THESE PEOPLE!!! YOU CAN LOOK AT THEM AND THAT ALONE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF, IT WILL MAKE YOU QUESTION EVERYTHING.. JUST LOOK AT THE PERSON AND THE SURROUNDINGS... SELF EXPLANATORY!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME...
