i just got the same message and all from the same posts as above and i cant believe someone would do this. i have a good job now just looking for a better job now. i am not going as i see the things have been posted.
Total scam. I've worked there for only 4 days and already I seem to get "promoted." You don't make any money during their dumb training process, you waste your gas driving around and their apparent bonuses don;t actually exist. Please PLEASE do not go there!!! It doesn't matter who you are or how poor, rich, whatever, they will put you to work and make all the money.
Also, the reason you can't ever track a number to a building is because they use magic jack.
I just got a call from a lady named "April" today. She called from one #(314-657-0980) but gave me another (314-450-1950). She said they wanted me to come in for an interview tomorrow & gave me directions to 8205 Gravois, St. Louis, Mo. 63123 & she specifically gave me instructions about parking in the 3rd row.
She never gave me the name of the company so I asked & she said it was "American".
I had a funny feeling about the whole thing so I decided to look it up & I found all of these things saying it was a scam. So thank you all very much for the heads up!!
I received the same email in response to a craigslist job posting. This email came from Gillian but from an AOL email account. Not sure why if it was such a "credible" company it wouldn't have been from the business account. I already replied and told her not to contact me again. Also, the America Advantage is not a BBB accredited company. That says it all. It's just some BS scam company who works on commission only and no one but the big dogs will ever make money at a company like this.
