Caller ID comes up TEST, and it is a new CC SCAM to lower interest Rate.
Press 1 - Some guy that starts talking in Indian/Pakistan along with some English. I said we speak English in the US.
He gets pissed and starts spouting some crap. Which tells me he is more Pakistan.

If you can't speak English - Don't call Americans!
I didn't answer but did call back and the recording said "press any number to be removed from this list. It may take 24 to 48 hours to be removed." I didn't press any number and hung up. These types of calls are getting more frequent.
I did reverse phone and the call came from the area my family lives in. I thought it was family calling from a new number but you're right. There wasn't a message and I shouldn't have called back. Family would have left a message.
I receive phone calls from this number multiple times a day, claiming that due to my wonderful payment history, they can reduce my credit card payment. I don't even have a credit card. I asked to be removed, they hung up. I asked to talk to a supervisor, they hung up. I called the number back, it says press any digit to be removed from this list. I did. We'll see.
