Press 1 - Some guy that starts talking in Indian/Pakistan along with some English. I said we speak English in the US.
He gets pissed and starts spouting some crap. Which tells me he is more Pakistan.

You are wrong about the drone strike. Blocking calls from India (or any other country where these come from) until the call centers are shut down would get action very quickly. Of course the pleasure of the damage to these scammers would be lost.
Have had this number less than a week - and boy have the calls begun! Message said last chance to take advantage of this credit card offer - but never named company or a call back number. Ridiculous.
