'TEST' is simply another one of the spoofed identities used by the card service scammers in their attempts to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off!
Caller ID comes up TEST, and it is a new CC SCAM to lower interest Rate.
Press 1 - Some guy that starts talking in Indian/Pakistan along with some English. I said we speak English in the US.
He gets pissed and starts spouting some crap. Which tells me he is more Pakistan.
