This is not the first time my phone has been called by this number. I thought I'd reported this before but I guess I didn't. Don't see my name anywhere here. The couple times I've seen this number and "Jara Jorge" (the name that comes up on caller ID) I've let it go to my answering machine. And of course no message is left -- the caller hangs up.
My phone doesn't have a call blocker - just has caller ID that pops up on my television as well as the phone (my service is connected). I always look up to see who's calling and know when to answer it and when to let it go to the answering machine. TV is always on; if I'm not watching a show, I listen to one of the music channels.The only time it doesn't show up on the TV is if I'm watching a show I previously recorded on the DVR. Then I just pick up the phone and look at its window. Can be a PITA but I deal with it.

Sorry - 800notes is not the people who are calling you. This website can NOT help you end calls from that . Why not add that number to the federal DO NOT CALL list??
MJG, I presume you meant report that number to the Do Not Call list although I'm not sure how much that will help with a foreign scammer using VOIP to spoof a US number.
