FTP - No idea who they are or what they do....but they are not calling for any legit reason, its a cold call.
An EXTREMELY rude and whiny (it was almost comical) lady called today and asked for John. We have (withing the C-Level alone) 6 Johns. I asked which John she needed.
"Well, the owner of the company."
Red Flag #1 - She doesn't know who she is calling. I answer the phone for a holding company, so there are at least 8 different "owners".
I told her I answer the phone for several companies, and asked her which one was she referring to?
Red Flag #2 - She SLAUGHTERED the name of the company (it's phonetic, and not hard at all), which usually means she has no legit business.
They keep calling along with 100 others and I never answer the phone. Perhaps next time I see their number pop up I'll answer, "Thank you for calling Crescent, how may I direct your call?"
Looks like they got a new list and are dialing for dunces who might give them some business. If you are extremely bored see how long you can keep them on the line.
some rude [***] called and asked for the owner.....i asked who she was ,,she then cut me off and asked for the owner again ,,,,,,,,,i said how can i help you?,,,,again she asked for the owner,,,,,she was rude and unprofessional,,,,,,she should of told me what company she was calling from aaaand her name,,,,,,,they will be out of business if they keep this up.....
