I received another fax today, same fax with a different phone number. I called the number and it was a good number. They gfave me the number to fax a wrritten cancelation to them and I did. So for those of you who need the numbers, here they are:

Jackson- what number did you call? I have been trying to get ahold of them for weeks at three different numbers so I can cancel and get my refund. I never received anything in the mail and am being charged.
I received an insurance card and policy info in the mail. It is from Trans-choice plus. Group name AGBAI. There is no info about dental coverage which is what I was told I would have as well. I tried calling the customer service number 1 800 591 6764. They did not know anything about dental. They gave me the 1-856-374-1599 number and it is always busy. I called the original number on the fax of 1 800 614 6706. They have two options. One for somone who wants to enroll and one for existing customers. When I pushed 2 for existing customers, I have to leave a message. When I press the option for enrolling, someone always answers. Once they realize I am an existing customer, they blow me off and send me back to the leave a message "customer service number" or to a recording which says I have been put on the "do not call list". My original agent is no longer there. Finally an agent did give me the National alliance number. And an alternate number of 1 856 374 8665. It is also always busy. Help
