Please share the info on how to get your money back. What is the phone number you called for a rep? I have been going back and forth with these people for over a year trying to get my money back. Each time I have been successful in getting in touch with someone I am promised my refund will go out within the next 3 days to a week. Each time they tell me this I truly believe them but it never happens. This has been going on for a little more than a year. The president's name is Tom and the phone number I call is 856-374-1599. But now it is busy all of the time!! If you have any info I can use I would really appreciate it.
Well, I'm with the rest of you. I do get "helpful" people every time I call (888) 726-9440. I do not press 2, I press 1 and they do answer. Each person promises me this is not a scam, ensures I will get my packet within 20 business days, but of course I have not. I too have called (856) 374-8665, always receiving a busy signal. I will post as I get more info. I feel like such a sucker... I'm too intelligent for this to have happened. But I will not sit here and take it. I've started calling them from every phone I have, including sending faxes so they get that annoying buz when they answer. At the very least I can annoy them right?
look at robin above dated 10-26, after I sent a faxed letter I received a letter in the mail saying I'd get my money back within 20 working days. Now I'll wait and see if it comes.
