I contacted the insurance commissioner in Georgia.  They would not look into this scam because they said "the fax does not state insurance" but I did talk to someone who said it was "true" insurance.  I filed a complaint with the NJ Consumer Affairs office (where these scumbags reside) and I filed a complaint with the NJ BBB.  I am trying to get my December premium back as well - $494.  Any suggestions?

Call Georgia again and go up the chain until you get someone at the Insurance Department to listen and take a complaint.  This company does solicit "insurance".  Also contact the Attorney Generals office to file a fraud complaint.  Good Luck.

You are the loser and a liar,,  I have people investigating these people also.  They are going down, trust me.

I am also collecting information regarding these scammers.  Victims outside of California contact your State Insurance Departments or the Consumer Protection Units of your State Attorney General's Office.

I entered several fax numbers for the FTC and FCC.  With any luck they will take the bait and start sending their fax spam to directly to these government agencies.
