I am having trouble getting hold of these people and you say you have had no problems I have a claim from two months ago and cannot  get any live people except the snotty receptionist that keeps putting me into CS I have today been on hold over an hour Do you know their address.

Did you get your money back, I have done nothing but had the run around and been put on hold where is this number from what state?  Any help would be great I got a receptionist extention658 and 659 keep bugging her she is a little snip.

i GOT HOLD OF RCEPTIONIST AT 856-374-1599 SHE SENT ME TO 800-919-5514 WHICH IS cbmc ALSO cwa LOOK NUMBER UP IT RIGHT, SIAD nATIOANL alliance is no good.   WE SHOULD BE WORKING WITH, I am speaking with BRANDON AND mIKE EXT 021.He is speaking with supervisor has come back once so far You can google the 800 number and see it is connected to CWA.  Brandon said national allicance is no good they are trying to handle all claims etc, they are located in chino ca fax is 909-902-1892 I will let you all know more

I just got through to a 1-800-919-5514 they are Consolidated Workers Assocation, stating that National aLLIANCE is no longer in the picture that they are trying to handle all claims, they are located in chino hill CA he stated and the fax number is 909-902-1892  let me know if this is true.

I got through to 800-919-5514 spoke to a Paula and a Brandon, they are with consoldiated workers assocation so they say.  They explained about National Alliance.  Said they would put my Claims through and that they are trying to take care of the mess that happened.  They are called CBNC if you have that on the front of your insurance card then call them or even if you do not.I started the same way with a fax, (Stupid me) anyway many calls into the fax number and after the 1st withdrawal I got someone in NJ things were going o.k. unitl I put a claim in in mid November and it still is not paid.  I was told it will be taken care of numbers 909-902-5770  fax 909-902-1892.  They sound for real. TIme will tell.
