We don't even have credit cards. When it asked to push 1 to be transferred to a representative, I did so and simply said, "How do I get removed from your call list?"...they hung up. I called back and got a recording that said, "Thank you for calling back. To be removed from this list press 1 (again) which I did. I do not expect to stop receiving these calls. If anyone knows what I need to do to get them to stop, I'm all over it.
Another message about cardholder services and our LAST (again) chance to combine credit card debts. I pushed "1" to speak to a friendly customer service rep. The guy who answered (Joel I think) was nice until I said I'm on the do not call list and he arrogantly said I DON'T CARE and hung up on me.
Same thing....cardmember services. I hit "1" also and some lame woman answered about lowering my rate. I told her to put me on the 'do not call list' and she hung up on me. I may report the number to the FCC.
I have received this call many times and when I answer it I get a hang up. When I call the number back it thanks me for calling but doesn't state what business it is. It does give me an option to hit 1 to be put on the do not call list. (Which I am already on.) I have hit 1 every time and they still call.
